If our team arrives and the property is found to be significantly dirtier than described, requires excessive cleaning, contains excessive clutter, heavy buildup, biohazards, pet waste, or other conditions that substantially increase the scope of work, an additional fee of $150.00 or more may be applied.

Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before the extra work is performed.

10. Cancellation Policy

Once a cleaning appointment has been scheduled and confirmed, any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee will also apply if our cleaning team arrives at the property and is unable to perform the service due to restricted access, no-show, or last-minute cancellation.
