1. Services

Luxury Bright Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout New Jersey. Service availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.

2. Estimates

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the property's condition, size, or requested services differ from the original description.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic may occasionally cause delays.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled after they have been confirmed or with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

If our team arrives at the property and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or customer unavailability, the cancellation fee may also apply.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods as communicated during the booking process.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the property.

• Ensure safe access to the property.

• Secure valuables and personal belongings before service begins.

• Inform us of any special instructions or areas requiring extra attention.
